Icedriller guide
Icedriller changed rarity while the Christmas Event 2020 was still running. According to the wiki, it was a Common weapon early in the event and was later switched to Legendary for unknown reasons, and the page keeps a screenshot of it listed as common in a player's inventory. The final version was the 19th tier of the Main Event, where tiers 2 to 20 cost 800 Snow Tokens each. The event is over, so the gun is a trading-only item.
Appearance
The barrel and frame are encased in a bright blue block of ice. The accents are silver, and the handle is purple with a diamond-cut pattern.
Why the rarity story matters
The wiki does not explain this rarity switch. Here it is stated as the page states it, without guessing at a cause. Anyone reading older screenshots or posts about the event might therefore see Icedriller described as Common.
Partner
The matching knife is Icecracker, a differently named piece that came from the 2020 Christmas Box.
- Rarity now: Legendary.
- Tier: 3 on its page; the Legendary Weapons table lists tier 2.
