Seer

Seer is the plain, green member of a family that now has several painted siblings. It is crafted at the crafting station for 20 legendary shards, which the wiki translates as salvaging at least ten legendary weapons. Before Season 1 the price was only 10 legendary shards, so players needed to salvage five legendary weapons instead of ten. It can also be traded.

A gap in 2016

In 2016 there was a short period when Seer could not be obtained at all, because crafting was temporarily closed for maintenance. The wiki mentions it as a trivia point and gives no further detail.

Role in other recipes

Salvaging a Seer gives 1 godly metal, and that is exactly why the Random Painted Seer recipes consume so many of them. Before Season 1, one Seer, one Tides and one Heat were salvaged to craft Flames. Seer also has a chroma counterpart, Chroma Seer.

Appearance

The blade is green and jagged with black hemispheres of varying sizes. The guard and handle are black with neon green cracks, and four green overseer eyes with black slit pupils decorate the guard. The model derives from the limited Roblox gear Overseer Short Sword.
