The Vampire Coat surpasses the Ghoul Outfit's 3% lifesteal with a 5% rate across all damage types, making it the premium lifesteal accessory for endgame sustain. The broader damage type coverage means it heals from both melee hits and ability procs simultaneously. Pair with high-damage accessories like the Cosmic Body or Dual Outfit to amplify the lifesteal value.
