Sailor Piece Bosses
3636 total — updated, with real images
This page lists every boss in Sailor Piece, organized by Sea and by the health pool you'll need to chew through. Power scales hard here: a starter target like Excalibur Knight sits at 2.5M HP, while Sea 2 endgame bosses such as Sun God and Kraken climb into the trillions. Each entry shows the boss's HP, which Sea it belongs to, its location, and how it spawns, so you can match a fight to your current build before committing.
Bosses appear in a few different ways. Spawnable ones (the most common type) are summoned with a Boss Ticket at fixed islands, timed bosses like Vampire King refresh on a clock, and Sea 2 adds open-water threats (Kraken, Sea Serpent), world bosses (Cosmic Being, Sun God), and the Minotaur raid. Killing one rolls its drop table, which ranges from guaranteed items such as Boss Tickets and Race/Trait Rerolls to rare cosmetics and titles gated behind a pity counter. Use this page to plan farms, sort bosses by HP, and find exactly which boss drops the item you're hunting.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many bosses are there in Sailor Piece?
There are currently 36 bosses tracked on this page, spread across the game's two Seas. Sea 1 holds the early and mid-game roster, while Sea 2 introduces the trillion-HP endgame fights. We update the list as new bosses are added in game updates.
Which boss has the most HP?
Sun God, a Sea 2 world boss at Slayer Island, tops the list at 1.5 trillion base HP and spawns roughly every 15 minutes. Kraken and Minotaur sit just below at 1.25 trillion, and Sea Serpent at 625 billion. By contrast, Sea 1 starts low, with Excalibur Knight at just 2.5 million.
What do the spawn types mean?
Spawnable bosses are summoned manually with a Boss Ticket at a set island. Timed bosses refresh on a countdown (for example 5m or 6m 30s), world bosses respawn at intervals in the open world, sea bosses like Kraken roam the open ocean and appear more often the higher your bounty, and event bosses only show up during seasonal events. The Minotaur is the lone raid boss, fought in the Raids gamemode.
What is a pity counter on boss drops?
Some rare drops, mostly cosmetic titles, carry a pity count that guarantees the item after a set number of kills if RNG hasn't given it to you. For example, the Frost Empress Title from Ice Queen has a pity of around 155, and The World's Time Tyrant Title sits near 175. The pity counter resets once you receive the item.
What kinds of items do bosses drop?
Drops span a wide range: guaranteed utility items like Boss Tickets, Race Rerolls, Trait Rerolls, and Dungeon Keys (all 100% drop rate), plus much rarer cosmetics such as the Ghoul Aura from Black Reaper at just 0.2%. Higher-tier bosses also drop crafting cores and titles. The full drop table, with rates and pity where it applies, is listed on each individual boss page.
