To call it forth you must possess a Reaper Key, which alone signals that this encounter is not casually stumbled into. Its 49 billion HP puts it firmly in the endgame bracket — the sheer health pool demands either a coordinated group effort or a very well-built solo character before attempting.

The loot table tells the story of why players keep coming back. Black Shards drop at over 51%, providing a near-guaranteed return on every kill and functioning as essential Sea 2 currency. Reaper Remnant follows at 17.9%, another high-frequency crafting material. Beyond those, the drops diversify: Rinkaku Core at 4.86% and Ghoul Outfit at 3.07% are respectable mid-tier targets. Ghoul Essence (1.94%) and the One Eyed King Title (1.5%) reward persistence, while the Ghoul Aura at just 0.2% is the rarest prize on the table — a true flex for dedicated farmers.
