Qin Shi

Qin Shi is a First Sea spawnable boss found on Boss Island, called in through the island's summoner just like other spawnable encounters. At 10 million HP he is the softest of the Boss Island residents by a wide margin — accessible even to players who are still building out their loadout and have not yet cleared much of the mid-game. This relatively low HP ceiling makes him one of the fastest boss kills available, which is exactly why his drop table is worth paying close attention to.

The guaranteed rewards are exceptional: every clear yields a Boss Ticket and a Haki Color Reroll at 75%, a Race Reroll at 50%, and a Trait Reroll at 40%. A Dungeon Key drops at 15%. These figures mean Qin Shi is an outstanding reroll-per-minute source, especially for players who can chain kills rapidly. Further down the loot pool, the Jade Tablet sits at 6%, the Qin Shi Blindfold Accessory at 2.5%, the Imperial Seal at 2%, and the King Of Beginning Title at 1.5%.

Because of his low health, players can loop him with minimal recovery time between summons. Prioritize burst combos that end fights in seconds, and always pocket the Dungeon Keys — they stack into meaningful dungeon-access value over a long grind session.
