About ★★

Judged only by its number, ★★ looks easy: 1 in 1,000 is a Legendary tier figure that most players clear quickly. The catch, according to the Sol's RNG Wiki, is that it can only appear in the Dreamspace biome, so those thousand rolls have to be spent while that biome is active. At luck 1x you would expect about 1,000 rolls; with 10x luck, about 100. The wiki's own trivia estimates that once you account for how briefly the biome lasts, the effective rarity is closer to 1 in 39 million at base luck and roll speed.

Its alternate title is Arcadia. The current design shows a glowing pink star at the top with two smaller five-pointed stars attached, a transparent box and a hollow star under the player, and beams on the arms and legs while the player floats. The opening cutscene is deliberately plain: a fade to black, a pink vignette creeping in, and a pink flash.

It sits in the middle of the ★ line, between the 1 in 100 entry and ★★★, and shares the Eon 1-2 release and the same creators.
