About Neferkhaf
Neferkhaf cannot be rolled in the normal way. It comes out of a Potion of the Dune, at a fixed 1 in 1,000 that luck buffs do not change, so a thousand potion rolls is the expectation however lucky you are. The Sol's RNG Wiki puts it at Challenged tier and credits rocca1080 and Gold_Octopus.
