Penumbra and Umbra are a matched pair: both are Epic, both sit at 1 in 1,010, and the Sol's RNG Wiki even adds a note at the top of the page so readers do not confuse them. The wiki reads Penumbra as the positive half of balance, with a glowing symbol on the torso that means balance in Chinese, a tiny glint in the eye, small white particles and nothing more elaborate than the default Roblox animation.

It is the quiet kind of aura. The wiki records it as added in Eon 1-23, with a changelog entry dated June 13, 2026. Its chance of 1 in 1,010 means roughly 1,010 rolls at 1x luck, and about 101 at 10x, with no biome, craft or event listed to speed it up. For a collector this is among the cheaper Epic auras to chase, and since Umbra shares the same odds, you may well land one while hunting for the other. Reeseyhi is credited with its creation.
