The Haunted Fuse is the spooky fuse machine of Steal a Brainrot's Halloween 2026 season. According to the Steal a Brainrot wiki, it arrived with Update 69 on October 3, 2026, and it took the place of the Craft Machine. It has no end date listed yet. This guide gathers what the wiki says about it: the full brainrot list, the best-case odds, how it differs from last year's Witch Fuse, and the small oddities players noticed.

What is the Haunted Fuse?
A fuse machine takes brainrots you already own and turns them into a new one. The Haunted Fuse is a Halloween version of that idea. The wiki describes it as looking like a witch's house, or just a haunted house, and says it seems to be a version of the Witch Fuse from 2025. Update 69 added it together with the new Eclipse mutation and a batch of new brainrots.
The wiki also notes a few fun details about how it behaves. It has a special animation where the machine "eats" the brainrots you put in, and when the fuse finishes it plays a wicked laugh. One week before release the machine was already in the game but completely blacked out and unusable, which worked as a teaser, the same way the Witch Fuse was teased in 2025.

All Haunted Fuse brainrots
The wiki lists every brainrot the machine can give, with a "max chance". That number is the best-case chance when you feed the machine the example recipe shown next to it. A question mark means the wiki has not recorded it yet, so treat those as unknown rather than guessing.
New for 2026
| Brainrot | Rarity | Max chance | Income |
|---|---|---|---|
| Penguino Pumpkino | Epic | 36% | $235/s |
| Frostino Vampiro | Mythic | 24% | $17.5K/s |
| Vampi Ribbitini | Brainrot God | ? | $185K/s |

| Fangaro Lupino | Secret | ? | $7.2M/s |
| Oni Oni Panda | Secret | ? | $27M/s |
| Sammyni Spookyni | Secret | ? | $80M/s |
| Plant Bros | Secret | 50% | $300M/s |
| Phoenix | Secret | ? | $425M/s |
Some of the best-case recipes on the wiki are worth reading. Penguino Pumpkino lists 36% with one Avocadini Antilopini, one Bambini Crostini and two Salamino Penguino. Frostino Vampiro lists 24% with one Gorilo Watermelondrillo, one Cavallo Virtuoso and two Cachorrito Melonito. Los Treaters lists 91% when you feed it low-tier Secrets, and Plant Bros lists 50% with Orchidox and Venuspino.

Our entity pages cover Penguino Pumpkino, Frostino Vampiro and Vampi Ribbitini.
Brainrot Gods
!Vampi Ribbitini
!Mummelo Bandello
!Mortaruga
Three Brainrot Gods sit in the middle of the list: Vampi Ribbitini at $185K/s, Mummelo Bandello at $285K/s and Mortaruga at $324K/s. The wiki has no recorded chances for them yet, so the table shows a question mark.
Secrets
The top of the fuse is six Secrets, and income climbs fast: Los Treaters makes $1.2M/s, Fangaro Lupino $7.2M/s, Oni Oni Panda $27M/s, Sammyni Spookyni $80M/s, Plant Bros $300M/s and Phoenix $425M/s. If your goal is income, Phoenix is the top of the list, with Plant Bros second. The wiki shows no chance for Phoenix, so we cannot tell you how often it appears.

Brainrots that came back
Six brainrots in this fuse were also in last year's Witch Fuse, and the wiki notes they were re-added. They are cheap, low-income brainrots, useful mostly for collecting.
| Brainrot | Rarity | Max chance | Income |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tartaragno | Common | 67% | $13/s |
| Pinealotto Fruttarino | Rare | 92% | $75/s |
| Mummio Rappitto | Epic | 36% | $325/s |
| Quackula | Legendary | 30% | $1.2K/s |
| Buho de Fuego | Legendary | 60% | $1.8K/s |
| Magi Ribbitini | Mythic | 45% | $11.5K/s |

The income ladder
It helps to see how big the gaps are. Penguino Pumpkino, the cheapest new brainrot, earns $235/s. Frostino Vampiro earns $17.5K/s, which is about 74 times more. The three Brainrot Gods earn between $185K/s and $324K/s. Then the Secrets start at $1.2M/s with Los Treaters and end at $425M/s with Phoenix, which is roughly 354 times the income of Los Treaters. In other words, the fuse is a ladder where every step is a big jump, and only the last few steps change how fast your base earns cash.
For a younger player the useful question is simple: what do I want this for? If you are filling a collection or a Halloween index, every brainrot counts the same and even Tartaragno matters. If you want cash, aim for the Secrets at the top and save your best material for the recipes with the highest listed chance. If you only want to try the machine for fun, the "eating" animation and the laugh are worth seeing once.
Haunted Fuse versus Witch Fuse
The Witch Fuse was the 2025 Halloween fuse. The wiki says it replaced the Craft Machine on October 11, 2025, and was replaced by the Brainrot Dealer on November 8, 2025. It also introduced two rules that later became standard for fuses:
- If you put in brainrots of a lower rarity than the best one, the result is always exactly one rarity below the highest rarity you used. Three Commons plus one Secret, for example, always gives a Brainrot God.
- The chance of passing on traits and mutations dropped from 10 to 20 percent down to 5 to 15 percent.

The wiki does not say whether the Haunted Fuse keeps both rules, and it does not give a separate description of its mechanics. It only says the machine seems to be a version of the Witch Fuse. So treat the two rules above as the Witch Fuse's rules, and check the in-game screen before you spend good brainrots.

Oddities the wiki records
- Capitano Gullini and Coco and Mango could be obtained from the fuse for a short time. That was not meant to happen, so the admin turned the fuse off for a few minutes and then brought it back. The wiki adds that a few Eclipse units of those two brainrots probably exist in the game.
- The "Skip Fuse" icon wrongly shows the Summer Fuse picture instead of the Haunted Fuse one.
- The week before release, a lag spike could show a different design of the fuse.
- The machine looks a lot like the brainrot La Casa Boo, though it has no eyes or limbs.
Practical tips from the numbers
These are common-sense tips based only on the table above, not on testing.
- 1Read the recipe before you feed the machine. The best-case odds on the wiki come from specific recipes, so a random pile of brainrots will not match them.
- 2Do not burn your best Secrets on the cheap targets. The six returning brainrots earn very little, so they are mostly for collection.
- 3Because many chances are unknown, do not plan a build around Phoenix or Oni Oni Panda until the wiki or the game shows a number.
- 4Keep an eye on the wiki's update page: the machine has no end date, and last year's Halloween fuse was replaced after about four weeks.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Haunted Fuse permanent? The wiki lists the end date as TBA. Last year the Witch Fuse was swapped out roughly four weeks after it started, but that is no promise for this year.
Are these odds exact? No. They are the wiki's listed maximum chances for example recipes, and several are unknown.
Did Update 69 add anything else? Yes. It also added the Eclipse mutation, which has its own guide on this site.
This guide comes from the Steal a Brainrot fan wiki and the in-game update log. Everything here is a summary of that public information, and details can change as the update is patched.
