Kilo Admiral Strategy & Best Use

The Kilo Admiral is an early First Sea boss found at Marine Base, pitched at around level 200. Despite his low level, he is a meaningful challenge for players just entering their first naval conflict zones. His attacks include cannon-fire barrages and a signature gravity slam that sends nearby players airborne. He is the first real test of whether a player's build can handle sustained boss combat, and defeating him marks a clear milestone in First Sea progression.

Fighting the Kilo Admiral rewards patience. Standing behind cover to block cannon shots, then advancing to deal damage during his reload phase, is the core tactic for ranged and gun users. Melee fighters need to anticipate his gravity slam — the wind-up involves him raising both arms — and sidestep before it lands. His HP is not enormous by late-game standards, but at level 200 with an underdeveloped build, attrition is a real risk. Bringing a small supply of healing items is recommended for solo players.

The Kilo Admiral is the go-to farm target for players in the 150–250 range grinding EXP and Beli. He drops Marine-themed accessories and has a small chance of yielding valuable early-game combat items. His spawn location in the Marine Base is central enough that players can chain him with nearby quest mobs for very efficient leveling sessions. Many players remember him fondly as the first boss that required actual strategy rather than raw stat overpowering.
