Ice Cream Island

Ice Cream Land is the second sub-island of the Sea of Treats and covers levels 2125 to 2200. It comes right after Peanut Land and before Cake Land, and it hosts quests for that level window. A single NPC, the Ice Cream Quest Giver, hands out all three quests. The first asks you to defeat the Ice Cream Chef at Lv. 2125 and pays 105,000,000 XP and 14,200 Beli. The second targets the Ice Cream Commander at Lv. 2150 for 107,500,000 XP and 14,300 Beli. The last one is the boss Cake Queen at Lv. 2175, which pays 112,500,000 XP and 30,000 Beli, more than twice the Beli of the other two. The wiki notes that Cake Queen is the only boss that spawns naturally across the entire Sea of Treats, which makes this island the place to meet it. A Diamond Chest sits on top of a building next to Cake Queen's castle, so it is worth a detour while you are here. Because the island belongs to the larger Sea of Treats, the Boat Dealer, Luxury Boat Dealer and Set Home Point listed for the whole sea are the services nearby, and the wiki warns that exploiters often farm this sea, so consider a private server if it gets crowded.
