Twisted Bassie

Bassie plays a different game from a plain chaser: she fills the floor with delays first and hunts second. Her chase speed of 19 is tied for 8th of 37, identical to Astro's, with a walk of 10, so raw pace is not what ends runs. Instead she plants six flowers around the floor that apply Slow III and Tired II to any Toon who touches them, and when she spots you she sends vines along the ground that apply Slow II, and a lighter slow if you are caught on them later. That vine move recharges roughly every 30 seconds.

Her attention span is 3 seconds normally but 10 seconds while the ability is active, so a Toon who triggers the vines gets watched for much longer. Hearing radius is 180, tied for 7th of 37, and vision is 30 in a circle and 70 straight ahead. Bassie's own Toon has 5 stars of Movement Speed and 4 of Stealth, which is exactly the profile that dodges flowers and keeps distance from vines.

She is a Main Twisted tied to the Easter event, and 100% Research gives the Whispering Flower trinket: 15% more Stamina regeneration for every item you carry.
