Twisted Vee

Vee works through your screen and your speed. While you are being chased by him he applies Slow II, which is a 25% cut to Movement Speed, for 5 seconds, with a 10 second cooldown, and he also spawns pop-up ads on players' screens on a 45 second cooldown. He can detect sounds from anywhere, which fits a hearing value of 9999. The ads are a real obstacle to reading the floor, so closing them quickly matters as much as running.

Pure speed is middling. He walks at 10 and chases at 18, tied for 15th of 37 and exactly the median, with vision of 30 in a circle and 60 direct and an attention span of 3 seconds. The Slow II does the damage: a 25% cut turns a comfortable lead into a close one. Fast Movement Speed is the counter, and so is making less noise, since he hears the entire floor. Vee's own Toon has 5 stars of Extraction Speed and 4 of Skill Check but only 2 of Movement Speed, and can highlight all Twisteds and Machines on the floor for 5 seconds.

Vee is a Main Twisted. At 100% Research you receive Vee's Remote, which instantly completes the first Machine you extract from on any floor, but only if fewer than half of the floor's Machines are done, once per floor.
