Dr. Ishmael guide
Dr. Ishmael is a Special-rarity fish tied to admin events, with the wiki listing Admin Event - MADNESS, MEGA MAYHEM and Tentacles as its locations and tagging it Admin Event. It is small: 1.4 kg on average and up to 4.3 kg, so its weight tells you nothing about its worth.
The numbers are odd. The rate is a remarkable C$10,575 per kg, yet the recorded average value is C$0, which leaves it 739th of 742 documented fish by average value, and its 4.3 kg maximum is 551st of 663 by weight. Base XP is 10,580, far more than ordinary fish of its size give.
Singularity is the other Special fish documented in the same zone. Because the average value is zero, this is not a fish to farm for money; its appeal is the XP and the rarity. The wiki marks it obtainable, so check whether one of the three listed events is running before you plan a session around it.
