Empyrean Relic guide
Empyrean Relic flips the usual logic of fish value: it is a poor seller but a rich XP source. It has Relic rarity, no region, and a fixed weight of exactly 50 kg, and it is obtainable now.
In cash, C$277.78 per kg gives an average of C$2,500, 243rd of 742 documented fish by value. That is decent, but well below its sibling Exalted Relic at C$12,000. What sets it apart is the experience: 8,500 base XP, more than three times the XP of Exalted Relic for a fifth of the money. Its maximum-weight rank is 325th of 663.
Sovereign Relic is the third fish in the same group, so compare the trio before choosing what to keep. For players still climbing levels, Empyrean Relic is the one to prioritize, and its fixed 50 kg means no surprises in either direction.
Practical advice: if you are low on levels, catch and use it for the XP. If you need money for a rod, an Exalted Relic is far better value. Selling an Empyrean Relic for C$2,500 wastes the main reason it is worth catching.
