Goldbrick guide
Goldbrick belongs to the LEGO® Event 2025 and is labelled Limited by rarity, but the entry still lists it as obtainable. It takes Stud Bait in any weather, and nothing else is required. No season or time of day is listed.
It is a small, cheap fish. Weights run from 1.5 kg to 8.4 kg with a 2.75 kg average, and at C$25 per kg an average catch sells for C$68.8. That ranks 627th of the 742 documented fish by value, and 479th of 663 by maximum weight. Base XP is 50.
Six other Limited catches share the event zone: Crab Stud, Glow Brick, Cardinal Studfish, Brickhorse, Clown Brickfish and Jellystud. No rod is documented as sold there.
Verdict: collect it, do not farm it. As a Limited item it matters for completing the event set, which makes it more interesting than its C$68.8 price suggests. If the event is running when you read this, catching all seven fish with Stud Bait is straightforward, and the payoff is the collection, not the money.
