The Colorpop Crop is a limited Prismatic crop introduced during the New Year's Event, which means it does not behave like a normal cash crop at all. Its sheet carries no seed cost, sell price or growth time, and that absence is the point: this was never sold on the regular seed shelf, so you cannot just buy and re-grow it whenever you want. Treat it as a trophy and a utility plant rather than a farming engine.

What actually justifies keeping it in the soil is its ability to occasionally apply bonus XP to nearby pets. On a serious account that is leveling several high-value pets, parking a Colorpop near your pet hangout area turns it into a passive booster, which is a genuinely different value proposition from a sell-for-Sheckles crop.

Because it is Prismatic and event-locked, it is best understood as a late-game collector piece for players who already have steady income from staple crops. Don't measure it by harvest profit; measure it by the pet XP you bank over time and by its scarcity, since limited Prismatics tend to hold trade value once the event window closes and they can no longer be obtained.
