Weeping Branch

The Weeping Branch breaks the usual "grow it, sell it" logic entirely. It's a limited, multi-harvest Transcendent crop from the second part of the Halloween Event, and its real value isn't the fruit you sell, it's the ability: it gradually mutates nearby plants, evolving them from Wilted to Withered to Desolate. You're planting a utility tool, not a cash crop.

Economically that changes how you weigh it. A Transcendent rarity already signals it's hard to reacquire once the event closes, so treat any copy you own as permanent infrastructure rather than something to harvest aggressively. The multi-harvest trait means a single plant keeps paying out over time, which matters far more when you can't simply buy another seed.

The clever stacking play is positioning rather than raw mutations: park it beside crops you want pushed into the Spooky-tier decay mutations, since those Desolate-line states feed event-themed sell bonuses and collection goals. Note that it skips favorited plants for the spread, except it can still evolve an existing Wilted on a favorite. Grow it during Halloween progression, anchor it permanently, and let it work passively while you farm everything around it.
