Mr. Snowman guide
Tier 4 of the Main Event in the Christmas Event 2020 is the one that handed out Mr. Snowman. The wiki phrases it as buying that tier, and the event page confirms it as a Common reward there. The same Main Event later gives Mr. Reindeer at tier 10, so the two make a natural pair from the same season.
What it looks like
Mr. Snowman is a snowman with a red scarf around its neck and a top hat on its head. The wiki gives no further description, and it does not list a model source or a designer for this pet, so those details are simply not documented.
Not the 2019 snowman
Do not mix it up with the Snowman Pet, which came from the 2019 Christmas Event and is a snowman made of three blocky cubes with a red top hat. The Christmas Event 2020 began as a pre-release on December 13, 2020 and ended on January 13, 2021, which is why Mr. Snowman can now only be obtained by trading with other players.
