Pumpkin (2017) guide
The 2017 Pumpkin is the only pet in the game that was ever given out by a code. During the Halloween Event 2017 players could redeem HW2017, and the wiki cites a post by Nikilis as the source for it. The Codes page lists the same pet as the reward of HW2017. The code has expired, so the pet now moves only through trades.
Appearance and model
It is an orange pumpkin with a spooky red sinister face carved into the front and a brown stem on top. The model derives from the limited Roblox hat Sinister P. The Pumpkin (2018) pet uses the same hat for its model and the same description on the wiki, so the two look nearly identical in a trade list.
Telling the years apart
The page carries a notice not to confuse it with Pumpkin (2018), a pet from the Halloween Event 2018. That one was a tier reward in a Main Event rather than a code. If a trade says only pumpkin, ask for the year, because the origin of the pet follows from it.
