Chroma Ornament

Giving away Gifts was how Chroma Ornament was earned in the Christmas Event 2025: 100 Gifts handed to other players, which the wiki equates to 60,000 Snow Tokens in total, at about a 1 in 50 chance of receiving the chroma instead of the regular Ornament. The event ended on January 19, 2026, so trading is the only option left.

Knife or gun?

The Chroma Ornament page is filed under Guns, which looks like a categorization slip. Its own lead, the Chroma Weapons table and its counterpart Ornament all say it is a knife, and this entry uses knife.

Look

It resembles Ornament, but the red parts that Ornament has are replaced by constantly shifting colors.

Gifting chromas

The wiki lists it as the third chroma weapon obtainable through gifting, after Chroma Evergun and Chroma Bauble. It partners with the gun Chroma Bauble, forming the Chroma Bauble Set, so the knife and gun in that set both came from the same gifting system.

Gifting differs from the box and Battle Pass routes in that the cost is paid by handing items to other players, and the chroma is a lucky result rather than something you can pick.
