What to know about Laser
- Originally sold in the shop of the original Murder Mystery; today it moves only through trading.
- One of the ten Vintage Set weapons, which also include Shadow, Phaser, Golden, America, Blood, Splitter, Ghost, Prince and Cowboy.
- Its model is based on the Roblox catalog gear Disintergrex Blast Gun.
- The second longest gun in the game, behind the ancient gun Gingerscope, and also one of the thinnest.
- It used to make a special sound when fired. A rare knife named Laser (from the Retro Bundle) is its partner; the godly gun Laser from Gun Box 3 is a different weapon.
Laser guide
Two guns in Murder Mystery 2 are called Laser, and this is the older one: a Vintage gun that came over from the original Murder Mystery. The Godly Laser unboxed from Gun Box 3 is a separate weapon.
Details the wiki gives for the Vintage Laser:
- Its price in the original game's shop was 1,200 Points or 20 Cash. A trivia line on the same page says the price was 15 Cash, and the page does not resolve the difference.
- The wiki calls it near identical to the WESTAR 34 blasters of Star Wars bounty hunter Jango Fett.
- Its model is based on a Roblox catalog gear named Disintergrex Blast Gun.
- It is the second longest gun in the game, behind the Ancient Gingerscope, and one of the thinnest.
- It once had a special firing sound.
It belongs to the ten-weapon Vintage Set, alongside Shadow, Phaser, Golden, America, Blood, Splitter, Ghost, Prince and Cowboy. The wiki lists Vintage weapons as trading only, and they cannot be salvaged. A Rare knife also named Laser, sold in the Retro Bundle, is its partner. The wiki gives no release year for the gun.

These pages of the MM2 Wiki give different answers. Both are shown instead of picking one.
