It drops from the Frost Empress, a sea-2 world boss with a 5-hour respawn cycle and a 9% drop rate. The boss is located at the Glacial Throne island. The freeze chance passive provides a strong crowd-control element that interrupts boss animations and cancels enemy counterattacks. In PvP, even a single 1-second freeze can create openings for devastating combo sequences. Best paired with high-burst sword builds or fruit styles with area-of-effect moves. Combine with the Dual Outfit to maximize damage output during freeze windows, or use alongside the Hollow Mask for combined cooldown reduction and control.
