About Team Spirit

Team Spirit is a permanent Common ability that gives the whole team a movement speed boost of roughly 50% for 5 seconds. On 2025-03-29 a buff raised the boost from 25% to 50% for all teammates. It is one of the few abilities that affect the whole team, yet the wiki calls it one of the least useful abilities, and it warns that the boost can make a teammate miss a moving spike or a serve.

That warning matters: a speed boost you did not ask for can ruin a teammate's timing. Compare it with Extra Touch, a Secret ability that also helps teammates but adds touches, not speed, and with Super Sprint, which is stronger but only helps you.
