Halloween Rune Token — In-Depth Analysis
The Halloween Rune Token is the entry-level half of the seasonal Halloween pair, earned simply by Trick or Treating at a single House. Its difficulty and diamond reward are not listed, in line with the limited-time event, but in practice this is the easy companion to the five-house Key Token: one successful door knock and the badge is yours.
Your fastest route is the Fairy Mushroom house, by far the easiest structure to locate on the map, so head there rather than hunting the harder, deeper houses. To make any house functional you first need a candle, obtained by defeating cultists or opening chests; drag that candle onto the house to activate it. With the candle placed, wait for night to fall, then knock on the door to trigger the trick or treat.
Because it only takes one house, treat this as the warm-up: grab a single candle early, light up the Fairy Mushroom, and clear it on your first available night. Don't overcomplicate it — this token is designed to be the gentle introduction to the Halloween event before you commit to the more demanding multi-house grind.
