For any fruit-main running PvP or grinding raids, that +15% on top of awakened ult chains translates into one-shot breakpoints you simply cannot hit with weaker chest pieces.

Getting it is the painful part. Dark Coat drops exclusively from Darkbeard in the Dark Arena (Second Sea), not from Cake Prince, and the drop rate is a miserable 2%. To summon Darkbeard you need a Fist of Darkness, which itself has a 5% drop from Sea Beasts or spawns in map chests every 4 hours.
