Description
The Dough King, also known as the Cake King, is a Lv. 2300 Raid Boss. The Dough King is considered by many to be the stronger version of the Cake Prince, as it possesses a similar design, arena, and method of summoning, although it has much better stats and drops. It is also much more difficult to defeat with its higher HP and stronger abilities. The Dough King will spawn if the player interacts with drip_mama while having the Sweet Chalice in their inventory after 500 enemies have been defeated at the Cake Land.
Trivia
10- 1
It is important to note that trolls and exploiters (cheaters) may often summon the Cake Prince instead by teleporting to drip_mama and summoning as soon as the enemy requirement has been met ("auto Cake Prince" script). The player with the Sweet Chalice must be the one to interact with the NPC, or the Dough King will not be spawned. For this reason, it is recommended to summon the Dough King in a private server with trustable players.
- 2
The Dough King has a disproportionate amount of HP compared to other Raid Bosses. (HP only comparable to the Leviathan and the Tyrant of the Skies, as most other Raid Bosses have a lower amount of HP.)
- 3
It is recommended to farm with other players on the server, as taking on 500 enemies can take a long time.
- 4
When fighting the Dough King, the player needs to deal at least 111,150 (or 10%) damage to get credit (and to get the drops).
- 5
The player can come back through the portal even if they have died previously until the Dough King is defeated or he despawns.
- 6
It is recommended that the player has at least two or more Awakened Buddha users, not only to deal damage but also to control the Dough King's movements.
- 7
The Race Awakening is highly recommended here due to the increased damage, defense, speed, stun, etc. Take note that the player needs to have defeated Dough King at least once to obtain Race Awakening.
- 8
When fighting Dough King, the most important factor to manage time, as the boss despawns in seven and a half minutes, which is disproportionate compared to its HP, so it is recommended to use items that makes good damage output efficient to the time taken.
- 9
It is recommended to be in a safe zone with the Sweet Chalice, since there is a high chance that the player will get killed by a bounty hunter upon acquiring one.
- 10
Buddha is recommended since it has a very large hitbox when awakened which will be helpful when fighting the Dough King.

Dough King Strategy & Best Use
The Dough King is the Sea 3 mega-raid lurking at Cake Loaf island (Sea of Treats), and on paper he's a level 2300 brick with 1,111,500 HP and a brutal 7.5-minute despawn timer — miss the window and your Sweet Chalice (crafted from a God's Chalice + 10x Conjured Cocoa) is gone. To even get loot credit you need to deal at least 111,150 damage (10% of his bar), so AFK leeches get punished hard. The drop table is the juiciest in the game: Dough Fruit at roughly 5%, the coveted Pale Scarf at 5–10%, plus Spiked Trident, Mirror Fractal and a Red Key.
For the actual fight, bring Awakened Buddha, Dragon, or Leopard with Godhuman fists and a CDK/Cursed Dual Katana; Cyborg race trivializes his combo extends. His tells are obvious once you learn them: a big AoE dough wave (sprint sideways, never back), a homing Awakened Dough Z beam (jump-cancel through it), and the rice-cake trap he plants under your feet (always reposition every 2 seconds). Solo runs are possible above level 2400 with full M1 gear, but 3-player teams clear him in under 4 minutes consistently.
Farming him is gated by the chalice grind, so realistically you get 2–3 attempts per evening. If you only want Pale Scarf, the Cake Prince raid is the cheaper alternative — same drop pool, easier requirements. But if you're chasing Dough Fruit without dropping 2.4M Beli + 2,400 Frags in the shop, the King is the only legit grind. Trade-wise a clean Pale Scarf moves for one Permanent or a top-tier physical fruit, and Dough itself still trades up to Venom/Spirit depending on the week.
How to Get Dough King
Find Dough King at Sea 2, Dimensional Shift, level 2300+, despawns after 7 min. This is a raid encounter — coordinate with server-mates if you plan to solo-kill.
