Trivia
10- 1
The Werewolf could dash and use Flash Step.
- 2
The Werewolf's behavior was extremely erratic, and glitchy. Sometimes it would visually disappear with its hitbox still being normally present while at some other times it would freeze or glitch out.
- 3
It was recommended to avoid using high knockback abilities, as there is a chance the boss may lose its pathway and fall out of the dimension. Certain stun-based fruits like Sand, Ice, Dark and Dough can aid greatly.
- 4
The Werewolf was immune to Godhuman's held , and Awakened Dough's when faced solo.
- 5
The Unbound Werewolf was the second Enemy to use a fully transformed beast fruit outside of raids, the first being Tyrant of the Skies.
- 6
The only other enemies that do so, are the Buddha raid enemies and boss.
- 7
The Unbound Werewolf didn't despawn immediately after the Trick or Treating event ended, but on its own timer, meaning that after spawning the Werewolf, players could wait it out until the 'right' time to defeat him.
- 8
There was a chance the Werewolf will glitch around the map or becomes invisible, making it harder to defeat.
- 9
Despite Unbound Werewolf being based on the Werewolf mutation, he actually used a recolor of Tiger's transformed [Z] Finger Revolver.
- 10
This suggested that initially, Werewolf was supposedly meant to be a skin, and not a Mutation.

Unbound Werewolf Strategy & Best Use
Unbound Werewolf is a ferocious Third Sea boss found in the Tiki Outpost area, recommended for players at level 2000+. In his unbound state, he is far deadlier than his standard Werewolf counterpart, boasting over 1,200,000 HP and respawning every 20 minutes. He drops Fragments, rare Third Sea crafting materials, and items related to the Werewolf and Ghoul race progression lines.
Unbound Werewolf is aggressively melee-focused with fast claw combos, a ground-rending slash, and a howl that temporarily buffs his speed and damage. Keeping distance is paramount since his claws can reach farther than they appear. Using fast Fruit skills to burst him down during his howl cooldown is the most efficient strategy. Aerial positioning and flight-capable Fruits greatly reduce risk from his ground-based attacks.
Farming Unbound Werewolf is especially relevant for players pursuing the Ghoul race upgrade or Werewolf-related crafting items. His drops are competitive with other Third Sea bosses, and his 20-minute respawn allows for efficient cycling. Players who build around races or accessory crafting will find regular visits worthwhile, and his proximity to Tiki Outpost makes resupplying between runs convenient.
