Description

The Yeti is a Lv. 110 boss. The Yeti is a reskin of The Gorilla King boss. However, it does not have the same six-pack of the latter, and uses a different head model. It is covered from head to toe in whitish-blue fur, with flatter, ice-like surfaces on its hands and feet. On its face is a large, flat nose, white eyes with red tints and a large, open mouth with large and sharp teeth. It has fluffy hair and a long, mane-like beard appearing on both his head and neck. The Yeti can be found in the Frozen Village, First Sea.

One method to defeat the Yeti is landing a hit on the boss and running away before it reacts and hits the player (hit and run). If done correctly, it should be easy to consistently land hits on the boss without it getting hits of its own (Note: the player should make sure to not run out of energy, otherwise they won't be able to dodge).

Yeti (Boss) Strategy & Best Use

Yeti Boss is the upgraded, more fearsome variant of the standard Yeti, appearing in Christmas Island for players around level 450–475. He carries significantly more HP, around 50,000, and a tighter respawn compared to his lesser counterpart. Yeti Boss drops enhanced Christmas Island loot including seasonal exclusive items, and defeating him during events is a primary goal for holiday grinders seeking rare cosmetics and accessories.

Yeti Boss has a stronger version of all standard Yeti moves, with faster recovery and a second frost-wave added to his ground-shake. Dodging both waves in sequence is the skill check here. Players should use high-mobility Fruits and rely on quick burst patterns rather than sustained DPS to avoid being caught in his longer combos. Aerial skills and mounts with flight capability provide the cleanest angle of attack.

During Christmas events, Yeti Boss is one of the best farms on the island, offering event currency, exclusive accessories, and enhanced EXP. Outside of events he is still a worthwhile stop for players in the 440–490 level range. His proximity to the regular Yeti spawn means players can loop both in sequence for a very efficient Christmas Island grinding session.
