Description
Magma is a Rare Elemental-type Blox Fruit that costs 960,000 Beli or 1,300 Robux. It is one of the best grinding and raid fruits in the game, especially once awakened. Unawakened moves like Magma Eruption launch enemies into the air while leaving burning lava pools, and Magma Meteors rain fiery rocks over a wide area. Awakening unlocks powerful upgrades for 14,500 Fragments, including Great Magma Hound, which hurls a giant lava beast that drags and stuns enemies, and Beast Ride, letting you surf a magma creature for over 20 seconds leaving fiery trails. Awakened Magma shines in Sea Events, boss hunts, and raids. PvP is its weakest area due to slow moves with high end-lag, but for pure grinding power it is hard to beat.
Moves & Abilities
10 movesThe user creates two hands, and after a very short delay, will clap into each other, dealing damage to any enemy within the vicinity. The hitbox of the hands is larger than it seems, considering the small hand size.
The user will create an eruption below them. If an enemy is standing right on top of it, they will be launched into the air, dealing damage. A lava pool will also stay for a few seconds and deal damage over time to enemies standing on it. There can be 1-3 lava pools that can spawn at a time.
The user creates a large ball of magma and launches it in the direction of the cursor. If it hits the ground, it will explode and will also leave a bigger lava pool that will stay for a few seconds.
The user creates 4-5 "meteors" that will launch in the direction of their cursor. Hitting the ground will cause these projectiles to explode into smaller pieces that look like lava pools but don't do damage. Out of all the attacks the Magma's moveset has, this is likely to be the most devastating skill out of all of them.
The user turns into lava pools that last for about one second when tapped. Spinning around can deal a lot of damage to the enemy because the lava pools stack on each other. Keep in mind that the player can still get damaged while using Magma Floor. If released, the player will jump out of the floor, dealing damage and knocking enemies high up if they are above them.
The user unleashes a massive amount of melting hot magma rocks, dealing heavy damage when everything hits and leaving behind multiple magma puddles. The move can be aimed freely, allowing the projectiles to fall naturally if fired upward. Holding the move will release more magma rocks.
The user dashes, leaking magma onto the ground and if they hit an opponent, they will fire multiple continuous blasts of searing hot magma from their palm, and then finish it off with a stronger blast that deals knockback and great damage. The opponent's screen will turn to a shade of dark orange.
The user launches a large hound-like magma projectile that deals large damage and leaves magma puddles under it. This move can drag enemies or NPCs a certain distance and stun for brief moment if directly cast on an enemy.
The user creates a great amount of scorching-hot magma on their right hand along with some steam, before throwing it all out towards the cursor as all of the magma hits a surface and causes a great explosion of magma puddles while dealing extreme damage to anyone they hit. Anyone near the explosion will have their screen's color change to a shade of dark red.
The user creates a beast made from magma below then sits on top of it and takes off, leaving trails of burning hot magma behind. If released, the beast turns into puddles of lava that deal good damage on contact. The user can only fly for 26 seconds, however. This move can be used as an attack (if near the enemy and aimed properly) and a good means of transportation.

Magma — In-Depth Analysis
Let's not pretend — Magma is still one of the cleanest grinding Logia fruits in Blox Fruits, and anyone telling you otherwise hasn't actually farmed Second Sea bosses with it. The whole reason it slaps is the DoT (burn) baked into nearly every move: you tag a mob with Magma Bullet (Z) or Magma Spike (X), walk away, and the burn ticks finish the job while you reposition. Combine that with Logia intangibility against most NPC physical attacks and you've got a fruit that AFK-leans harder than Light or Ice for pure XP/hour at Magma Admiral and Cursed Captain grinds. The awakened Meteor (massive AoE drop) is the cherry on top — it one-shots clusters of low-HP mobs at high level, which is why Third Sea grinders rotate back to Magma even after unlocking flashier fruits.
For build, forget pumping Melee — go full Fruit (2,500 points) with a comfortable buffer in Defense (≈1,000) and the rest split between Sword/Gun depending on your secondary; Magma base damage already scales monstrously off mastery alone. Mink race is the optimal grinding play: V4 gives brutal movement speed for chaining spawns, compensating the slow projectiles. For casual PvP, Ghoul works via lifesteal. Prioritize awakening Magma Meteor first (spend the Cursed Ship raid fragments) — literally doubles your XP/hour. Magma Bullet and Spike come after; ordering depends on how many fragments you bleed per raid.
Obtain it from the Blox Fruit Dealer for $5,800,000 Beli or 2,200 Robux, with a decent stock rate — it shows up plenty often in the 4-hour rotation, so with patience you don't need Robux. Trade value: physical is low (people eat it instead of trading), but Permanent sits in the low-mid bracket — useful filler in mega-trades for Dough or Portal, not an anchor. Buy with Beli, eat it, grind 1300 to max then sell when you get something better.
