Description
Rubber is a Rare Natural-type Blox Fruit costing 750,000 Beli or 1,200 Robux. It transforms the user's body into elastic rubber, granting complete immunity to all Gun attacks and to Lightning-based abilities. The moveset centers on stretching limbs for ranged strikes: Pistol fires a single extended-arm punch, Cannon launches both arms simultaneously for burst damage, and Rush unleashes a rapid barrage of stretch punches dealing high damage at close range. The V Transformation puts the user into an enhanced mode where all attacks become nearly instantaneous, dramatically improving combo potential in PvP. Rubber is notably the only fruit whose Z move requires above 1 mastery before unlocking. It performs well in boss fights and raids thanks to its immunities and Rush damage, but demands precise skill in competitive PvP. The fruit has no awakening available.
Moves & Abilities
12 movesThe user stretches their arm using their right hand, dealing damage to whoever is in the direction of the arm.
The user pulls their arms backward, stretching them as they do so. Upon releasing the respective button, the user springs their arms forward, dealing knockback as well as damage.
The user stretches their right leg upwards, and upon releasing the respective button they launch their leg down, dealing damage as well as a small amount of knockback.
The user does a barrage of punches towards the direction they are facing, dealing continuous damage. Holding down the respective button for this move causes it to last longer.
Upon activation, the user gains a pink-like texture on their skin and begins to emit steam. While having this move active, all animations change to be faster and all moves gain a damage increase, but the user's energy regeneration is reduced by 25%. This ability will last as long as the user does not die or run out of energy.
The user stretches both their arms in the direction of the cursor. If they hit an object, the user will be launched at a fast speed towards the object. This can be used to launch the user beyond or above the object. If they hit a player/NPC, the user will launch towards the player/NPC, dealing damage and slight knockback. If held, the user can charge it up to four stages, which is seen by rings appearing around the user. Each stage allows the user's arms to go a bit farther upon release. The further the user is from said object, the further the user goes.
The user quickly stretches their arm, dealing damage in the cursor's direction.
The user pulls their arms backward, resulting in them being stretched. Upon releasing the respective button, the user quickly springs their arms forward, dealing knockback as well as damage.
The user teleports above the location of their cursor and quickly throws a heavy punch in its direction, breaking the ground below them and dealing damage to targets as well as knockback.
The user launches a barrage of high-speed punches in the direction they are facing, dealing continuous damage. Holding down the respective button for this move causes it to last longer.
The user's skin goes back to its normal state and they stop emitting steam, causing the abilities gained while transformed to be removed, but restoring the user's energy regeneration back to normal.

Although this version goes much further than the untransformed version, the sudden speed of this move sometimes makes the anticheat system think the player is hacking and will be teleported back.

Trivia
10- 1Rubber is the only fruit having a resistance against three attack types, those being Blox Fruits, Guns, and Fighting Styles.
- 2Previously, Pole (1st Form) could not damage Rubber, but it was changed in Update 20.
- 3When the user uses the ability and charges it all the way to max, and jumping repeatedly as soon as they touch the ground, it will become incredibly fast and will make it one of the highest impulse dash moves in the game.
- 4It is so fast that the game might believe that the user is hacking, causinng the game to teleport them back a bit while flying.
- 5Rubber is one of the Blox Fruits to have gotten a rework in Update 17.3.
- 6Rubber used to only cost 100,000, however, it now costs 750,000.
- 7This may be due to its transformation buff.
- 8Rubber was originally named Gum.
- 9Rubber used to have a move called "Gum Rocket" which would function as a great mobility tool. This was replaced with "Transformation".
- 10Some of Rubber's old moves used to be able to pick up physical fruit when dropped on the ground.

Rubber — In-Depth Analysis
Rubber Fruit is a Paramecia icon — the fruit inspired by everyone's favourite pirate protagonist — and in 2026 it holds a legitimate B-tier PvP ranking after its rework added meaningful combat depth. The key mechanic is immunity to all Lightning-type damage and bullets, which is a niche but genuinely impactful counter in specific matchups. The reworked movepool is far more aggressive than older versions, with stretching punches that cover surprising range and a ground-slam that creates AoE pressure. It's not a top-tier demolisher, but against the right opponents it punches well above its price bracket. Grinders use it casually for its decent multi-target moves in Sea 2 and early Sea 3.
Rubber performs best with a Melee-heavy hybrid setup — 2,000 Melee, 1,000 Fruit, 450 Defense — because the fruit's physical-enhancement identity rewards high Melee investment. Human V4 is the race of choice for the raw stat buffs that amplify your Melee damage ceiling. Equip Saber or Pole (2nd Form) for additional combo options. There is currently no awakening for Rubber Fruit in the 2026 version of the game, which is its biggest limitation. When the community speculates about a future awakening, excitement runs high — watch patch notes carefully.
Rubber Fruit costs 500,000 Beli or 550 Robux, making it an accessible mid-game purchase. Trade value is decent for its price point — it's frequently swapped for Revive, Smoke plus a top-up, or used as trade filler in larger deals. The pop-culture recognition inflates its demand slightly beyond what the pure meta justifies, meaning you can sometimes get better trade value than the stats warrant. Consistent stock availability from the dealer makes it easy to pick up when funds allow.
