Prison — In-Depth Analysis

Prison is the First Sea stop for levels 190 to 250. It sits west of Fountain City and takes the shape of a big circular fortress: an outer wall, an inner wall, and a water-filled ring between them where the prisoners wait on wooden platforms. Two quest givers run the island. The Jail Keeper hands out Prisoner (Lv. 190) and Dangerous Prisoner (Lv. 210) quests, each asking for 8 kills, and the Head Jailer follows with Ruthless Prisoner (Lv. 220) and the Warden boss quest at Lv. 230, which pays 10,000 Beli and 1,000,000 XP. The Warden is also a good reason to stay: according to the wiki he has a chance to awaken every hour, and a key behind him opens a secret path to Don Megalo's Coat. Besides the quests you will find a Boat Dealer, a Military Detective and a Remove Blox Fruit NPC. Plan the grind in order: clear the Prisoners first, move up to the Ruthless ones, then finish with the Warden quest before heading to the Colosseum. Three hidden prisoners around the walls also count for a secret quest, so keep Instinct on while you explore.
