Fountain City

Fountain City is the last island of the First Sea, built for levels 625 to 700. Its centerpiece is a massive fountain whose water runs downhill through small rivers and out to the ocean under granite arches in the surrounding seawall. Houses, trees and paved ground fill the rest. The Freezeburg Quest Giver handles every quest: 8 Galley Pirates at Lv. 625 (10,000 Beli and 7,500,000 XP), 9 Galley Captains at Lv. 650 (10,000 Beli and 8,500,000 XP), and the Cyborg boss at Lv. 675, which pays 20,000 Beli and 10,000,000 XP. A Boat Dealer and a Home Point are the only other services. The wiki lists two secrets: hitting the pipes under the central fountain with M1s realigns them and launches a boat from the top of the fountain, and a platform to the left of the quest giver lifts about every 15 minutes to reveal a manhole into the sewers. When Cyborg awakens, the junkyard is magnetized and the damaged wires around him must be repaired with any attack to start the boss sequence. Finish the Cyborg quest and you are ready for Kingdom of Rose.
