Tiki Outpost — In-Depth Analysis

Tiki Outpost is the Third Sea island for levels 2450 to 2600, and the wiki calls it a highly important one. It sits after the Sea of Treats and before Submerged Island, and it is used to unlock Sanguine Art, summon the Leviathan and unlock Submerged Island. Shafi teaches the Sanguine Art fighting style. The Spy is the only way to summon the Leviathan: after 15 to 20 Sea Events you can bribe him, then pay 1,500 Fragments for a clue about its status. The Dragon Talon Sage stands at the top of the tower on the left side and lets you craft scrolls and enchant guns, swords and fishing rods. The island also has a Beast Hunter, a Shark Hunter, a Shipwright Teacher, a Submarine Worker and three Boat Dealers. The enemies are Isle Outlaws, Island Boys, Isle Champions, Sun-kissed Warriors, Serpent Hunters and Skull Slayers. The raid boss is the Lv. 2600 Tyrant of the Skies: kill 300 enemies, 75 for each eye of the falcon statues, then break the vases around the area. Its back port leads straight to higher Sea Danger Levels, which makes it a popular hub for Sea Event hunts, though the wiki warns that its heavy visual effects can cause lag on weaker devices.
