Twisted Looey

Looey is a plain Common, so his page is mostly about reading the numbers correctly. He walks at 10, chases at 18 (tied for 15th of 37, the median), sees 26 in a circle and 60 direct, hears to 125 and keeps hunting for 1.5 seconds. The wiki lists no special mechanic. What this means in practice is that Looey is a test of fundamentals: if you are seen, break line of sight and wait out the short attention span instead of running in a straight line.

The more interesting detail sits in his counterpart. Looey's own Toon has 4 stars of Skill Check and a passive that adds 20% walk and run speed for every missing heart, so a hurt Looey runs noticeably faster, and a Toon that plays that way is the best answer to a Twisted of this speed. With Stealth at 2 stars he is spotted easily, but he can recover through speed instead.

Looey is a Common Twisted, one of the most frequent spawns, since Common holds a weight of 75 out of 110 at the start. At 100% Research you receive the Clown Horn trinket, which increases walk and run speed by 10% on odd numbered floors.
