Looey guide
Looey gets faster as he gets hurt, which makes him the most dangerous Toon to take a hit for. Heart of Helium gives him 20% more walk and run speed multiplier for every missing heart, so with 3 hearts a single hit takes him to 20% and a second to 40%, the cap at 1 heart, until he is healed. That turns his plain Movement Speed of 3 into a sprint exactly when a Twisted is on top of him. His Skill Check of 4 is solid at 200 units, and Stealth 2 is poor, so he is noticed early but survives the chase. Stamina and Extraction Speed are 3. Looey has no active ability, so there is no cooldown to track. He costs 1,000 Ichor and every Mastery Quest on Poppy, so he is a natural second or third unlock after a starter Toon. He is also required for Blot, which asks for Mastery Quests on him. Twisted Looey is Common and its trinket, Clown Horn, adds 10% walk and run speed on odd-numbered floors.
