Clown Horn guide
Clown Horn is a conditional speed buff tied to the floor counter: +10% to walk and run speed on odd-numbered floors only. A 3-star Toon, at 15 walk and 25 run, moves at 16.5 and 27.5 on floors 1, 3, 5 and so on, then goes back to normal on the even ones. One detail worth knowing is that Dyle's Floor, the challenge floor that appears on odd floors from 9 onward through the TIME'S UP card, always falls on a Clown Horn floor.
It was designed to pair with Ribbon Spool, which gives the same 10% on even floors, so carrying both keeps the bonus on permanently. Because each is a single Trinket, you have to decide whether the second slot is worth a flat 10%.
You get it from 100% Research on Twisted Looey, a Common, the most frequent rarity (75 of 110 spawn weight at the start). It was added on December 6, 2024, together with Ghost Snakes In A Can. There is no Ichor price, and it can be claimed now. Looey himself, as a Toon, has 3 stars of Movement Speed, so he benefits as much as any.
