Twisted Rudie guide
Rudie glows, and that glow is the only thing the wiki records beyond a baseline profile. A light that marks where he is turns a normally invisible patrol into a visible one, so you can see him coming around a corner before his 26 circular vision and 60 direct vision reach you. His walk is 10, his chase 18 (tied for 15th of 37, the median), hearing 125 and attention span 1.5 seconds, all the same as the other Commons.
The glow makes him one of the easiest Twisteds to plan around. Check the edge of a dark room before you enter, and during a Blackout, when other Twisteds vanish into the shadows, Rudie still shows up. A Toon with ordinary Stealth does not need special tricks, just a habit of looking for the light. His own Toon has a flat 3 stars in every stat and an Antler Charge ability, a short forward burst that gets a Toon out of tight spots, which suits an enemy this readable.
Rudie belongs to the Christmas event, so he appears only while that event runs. At 100% Research you receive the Festive Lights trinket, which highlights nearby Ornaments every 10 seconds during matches.
