Twisted Poppy

Poppy is where many runs begin, since the game asks you to pick Boxten or Poppy as a first Toon, and her Twisted is built as the matching practice target. Every number is standard: walk 10, chase 18 (tied for 15th of 37), vision of 26 in a circle and 60 direct, hearing of 125 and an attention span of 1.5 seconds. The wiki lists no special behaviour, so nothing she does will surprise a Toon who plays tidy.

A chase of 18 against a run speed that starts at 20 means almost any Toon can outpace her for a short burst, and she gives up after 1.5 seconds of losing you. That makes her a fair Twisted for learning to use Stamina in short sprints and turning corners. Poppy's own Toon is a flat 3 stars in every stat, and its passive gives a 50% speed boost for 3 seconds when attacked, a reminder to keep running after a hit.

Poppy is a Common Twisted, so she spawns often, with Common at a weight of 75 out of 110 at floor 1. At 100% Research you receive the Pink Bow trinket, which adds 7.5% run speed. As trinkets go, it is a modest but always useful pick.
