Pink Bow adds 7.5% to run speed and nothing else, which is why the wiki's own table lists such unusual numbers: a 1-star Toon runs at 21.5 instead of 20, a 3-star Toon at 26.875 instead of 25, and a 5-star Toon at 32.25 instead of 30. Walk speed is unchanged, and there is no downside to weigh.

For slow Toons the useful comparison is with the roster of chasers. Among the 37 Twisteds with a listed chase speed, only four are faster than 21.5: Bobette (25), Glisten (24), Gourdy (26) and Pebble (24). Without the bow, a 1-star Toon at 20 also falls behind Twisted Cocoa at 21, so the extra 1.5 moves exactly one more chaser behind you. It is a thin edge, but it is permanent, unlike the timed boosts of Alarm or Pull Toy.
