Waiting Ticket guide
A Waiting Ticket is a small paper slip with a random number printed on it, handed out by the Teller in The Archives, and its only function is to be returned on time. The Teller's screen starts at 00 and counts up by one every time the player goes through a door. When the number on the screen matches the one on the ticket, the player has seven seconds to hand it over before continuing. Miss that window and the Teller chases the player and deals damage.
Several tellers, several tickets
In multiplayer, every player's ticket carries a different number. A single player can also hold more than one ticket when more than one Teller is active, and each ticket occupies its own slot on the hotbar. The strip above the number is colored red, yellow, green or cyan, matching the color of the screen on the Teller who issued it. That color is not shown on the hotbar icon, so the ticket has to be equipped to check it.
Who accepts it
A Teller that is ready to receive a ticket takes only the one it gave out, never a ticket from another Teller. The item is classified as Essential and has a stack limit of one.
