DOORS tier list: entities and items ranked by data
How this ranking is built
- Danger is the High, Medium or Low icon next to the title of each entity page on the DOORS Wiki. We copy it; we do not grade entities ourselves.
- Inside each level, entities go from the most damage to the least. Entities listed as instant death come first because the wiki gives no number for them.
- Items are sorted by shop price in Gold or Knobs. An item with no shop price is only found, not bought, and is listed apart.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a meta tier list?
No. Entities are ranked by the danger icon and the damage written on their DOORS Wiki page, and items by their shop price. None of it is our opinion of what is best, because how useful an item is depends on the run, the floor and your team.
How often does it change?
The data was loaded from the DOORS Wiki on 2026-10-25 and is not refreshed automatically. When an update changes damage or prices, the update log page lists what changed.
