Bladeback Perch guide
Windy days are the cue for Bladeback Perch. This Uncommon fish bites during the Day on Shrimp bait, and the wiki gives its location only as "bfow", so the zone name is not very helpful for planning. The weather and bait are.
The average catch weighs 4 kg, with a range from 2 kg to 12.6 kg. At C$25 per kg, it sells for C$100 on average. In the table of 742 documented fish that places it 584th, and its maximum weight is 436th of 663. The base XP is 90. These are lower-middle figures: there is no standout stat to chase.
One practical note is that Shrimp is a common, simple bait, so the setup cost is minimal. That makes the perch more of an opportunistic catch than a planned one: if the wind picks up while you are fishing in daylight, the odds shift your way.
It is not worth dedicating a session to. Bring Shrimp, pay attention to the weather, and sell whatever you catch. If you need a reason to fish in Windy conditions, this perch gives you one, but it will not carry your income.
