Corrupted Kraken guide
Another catch that exists only inside a Corruption admin event, the Corrupted Kraken is a Special fish listed as "Anywhere during an CORRUPTION admin event". There is no bait, weather, zone or flavour quote, just the event.
Its numbers read like a big, expensive version of an ordinary sea monster. It averages 50,000 kg, with a spread from 18,000 kg to 147,000 kg, and its top weight ranks 41st of 663. At C$4 per kg the average value comes to C$210,000, 13th of the 742 documented fish. Base XP is 440,000. A catch can start as low as 18,000 kg and still sell for good money.
Corrupted Megalodon and Corrupted Mosslurker are the other Special fish tied to the event. When the event runs, you will not be able to choose which one you pull up, so the plan is to be present and ready rather than to prepare a specific rod for the Kraken. Selling is the straightforward choice at over two hundred thousand coins per average catch, and the XP is credited on the catch itself.
