Deep Tackle Box

Every Deep Tackle Box weighs exactly 18.0 kg: the minimum, average and maximum are identical, so there is no size variation to speak of. That fixed weight puts it 565th of 1,059 documented fish by maximum weight.

The wiki calls it "A heavy, reinforced waterproof crate stuffed with high-tier abyssal lures, bio-organic feeds, and radiant flakes." It is a Rare entry in Outer Deep, a zone with 19 fish, and the same-rarity group there also holds Greater Silver Hatchetfish, Longnose Lancetfish and Pacific Blackdragon. The only requirement listed is Magnet as bait; time, weather and season are not listed.

The price is C$25 per kg, so each box sells for a flat C$450, which ranks 558th of 1,038 by average value. It also gives 240 base XP.

Because weight and price never change, the payout is the same every time: 18.0 kg multiplied by C$25 is C$450.

A predictable, mid-table Rare, good when you want a known payout and not a gamble on size.
