Phytoplankton guide

Every Phytoplankton weighs exactly 0.1 kg: the minimum, average and maximum are the same figure. That tiny body is paid at C$400 per kg, which produces an average sale value of C$40 and a base XP of 25. By maximum weight it ranks 1,051 of 1,059 documented fish, and by average value it ranks 952 of 1,038.

The wiki describes it as "A glowing microscopic cluster of autotrophic organisms harvested directly from the canal's surface." It is a Common fish listed for Astral Observatory, a zone with 35 fish, where Celestial Crab, Northern Krill, Peacock Squid and Frozen Char share its rarity. The listed bait is Seaweed, and the conditions are Day, Clear weather, and Spring or Summer.

The rate per kg is the standout figure on this page, but the fixed weight keeps the payout small. Verdict: a quick tick for the Astral Observatory list, not a way to earn C$.
