Rusty Hook guide
Bellona's Frenzy of War is the only place that lists Rusty Hook, a Trash-rarity catch that needs no special bait, weather or season in the entry. The description calls it a discarded hook, bent and dulled by countless failed catches.
Almost every number is at the floor. It weighs 0.1 to 1.1 kg, averaging 0.3 kg, and pays C$10 per kg, so an average catch sells for just C$3. For base XP it gives 2. Its sale value ranks 737th out of the 742 documented fish, which puts it among the least valuable catches on record, and its maximum weight sits at 628 of 663.
If you are in that zone for better reasons, this is simply what happens when the line pulls up junk. Bellona's Waraxe is the rod sold there, so anyone buying it will see a few of these early on.
The sensible move is to ignore it: there is no profit, no XP worth mentioning, and no mechanic documented that makes it useful. Sell it, cast again, and spend your attention on the zone's actual targets instead.
