Sour Patch Salmon guide

"First you're sour, then you're swimming." That is the line the wiki attaches to Sour Patch Salmon, a Limited fish listed under both FischFright 2026 and Caustic Hallow. The entry names Taffy Pieces as bait, Day as the time, Windy as the weather and Autumn as the season, so every condition field is filled in.

By weight it runs from 25 kg to 70 kg with a 47.5 kg average, ranking 381 of 1,059 for maximum weight. The price is only C$8.571 per kg, so the listed average value is C$407, which places it 576 of 1,038 by value; base XP is 380. The low per-kilogram rate keeps the value modest for a fish of that size.

FischFright 2026 documents 41 fish, and the other 40 are Limited too, so this salmon shares its rarity with the entire zone. The status line lists it as obtainable and as a limited/event fish. Verdict: judge it on the C$407 average and the 380 XP rather than on size, and remember that its availability is tied to the event.
