The honest caveat is that the exact trigger condition for Affluent is currently listed as TBA, so its activation cue is not yet documented here. That uncertainty matters for planning: until the proc condition is confirmed, you cannot deliberately farm Affluent the way you would with a known weather-based mutation, and you should treat any appearance as opportunistic rather than something to build a strategy around.
